They only affect feature access evaluation.
What are customer overrides?
Overrides apply directly to a customer and override product access. Use overrides to:- Grant access to a feature not included in the customer’s product
- Revoke access temporarily
- Increase or reduce a limit for a specific customer
- Handle exceptions without creating new products Overrides apply immediately and only affect the targeted customer.
Creating a customer override in the dashboard
Customer overrides are managed from the customer details page in the dashboard. Typical flow:- Open a customer
- Navigate to the Overrides section
- Select a feature
- Define the override behavior
- Save
